How much does it cost?

This depends on a number of different factors. Office visits typically range from $100-$140, depending on your contract with your insurance, if you have a high deductible, or if you are self pay.

 

Insurances set the prices for various procedures; as such, removals or other biopsies are trickier to price as the costs change based on location, size, how they are removed, and the contracted rate with your insurance. A rough ballpark for a removal would be $250 plus the cost of pathology, which is billed separately from our office.

We do charge a $30 fee for no-shows and/or appointments that are canceled within less than 24 hours of the appointment.

What insurances do you take?

We take most insurances. If you are unsure if we are in-network or not, simply call your insurance and ask. Below is a list of the most common insurances we take.
